Our apples have a variety of beautiful imperfections which come from growing them naturally- spots & freckles, big & small, plumply round & uniquely shaped.
We do not spray for bugs, so nature has been enjoying them, too.
I don't know the varieties. The trees have been cared for organically for 10+ years.
We have greatly enjoyed them and during picking season we often have extra available. If you'd like notified when they become available in season, let us know! 😊
There are few things more beautiful and satisfying to the soul, than a garden full of nourishing food ❤️
Every year, I learn just a little more about how to grow and maintain a garden. Our goal is to use principles from the Back to Eden, Lasagna, Vertical, and Square Food Gardening methods.
We were able to set up our new house (currently under construction) to where the kitchen door leads right into the greenhouse, and the greenhouse right out to the garden! I can not put into words just how much that means to me! 🥹 I am SO excited to be able to have it that close. I hope to share blog posts of our gardening progress, partly because I LOVE taking beautiful pictures and I need somewhere to share them 🤣
